How to buy tickets for the match
1. Where to buy?
1.1. Tickets are sold online only and exclusively on Shakhtar’s official website shakhtar.com. When using partner services, access to them is always via Shakhtar’s official website.
1.2. It is not possible to buy tickets via the app, at ticket offices or through third-party platforms.
2. Registration and login
2.1. Open website shakhtar.com.
2.2. Click the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2.2.1. If you don’t have an account, register by clicking “Please register, if you are new”.
2.2.2. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgotten password?” button.
2.2.3. Important! First name and last name must be entered using Latin letters. If you have already registered using Cyrillic, log into your account and replace the details using Latin letters.
2.3. If the account was created before 26/07/2025, update your passport details.
3. Match selection
3.1. Go to the “Tickets” section.
3.2. Choose the available match you want to attend.
3.3. Click “Continue sale through partner’s website.”
4. Login to the partner’s website
4.1. Click “Log in” at the top of the page.
4.2. Use the same email and password as on shakhtar.com.
4.3. Click the match banner to proceed to ticket selection.
5. Selection of sections and seats
5.1. Sections highlighted in colour are available for purchase.
5.2. Choose a section and a specific seat. Available seats are highlighted in colour. After selecting a seat, it will be marked with a person icon.
5.3. Click the orange “Buy” button in the bottom right corner.
6. Personalised tickets and entering details
6.1. Each ticket is personalised.
6.2. A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased from one account.
6.3. To add a client, click “ASSIGN”, select “+ADD USER” from the dropdown list, fill in all the details and save them.
6.4. Provide the following details for each person:
6.4.1. First name and last name (Latin letters only).
6.4.2. Identifier (ID or passport, a document that confirms your identity abroad).
6.4.3. If you enter details from a Ukrainian document, tick the “Foreigner” box, if the documents are Polish, no tick is needed.
6.4.4. Date of birth.
7. Ticket categories and discounts
7.1. Child ticket – for children up to 15 years old (schoolchildren).
7.2. Discount ticket – for students up to 26 years old and pensioners aged 65 and over.
7.3. Free entry – for no more than 2 children under 6 years per 1 adult; children must occupy only the accompanying adult’s seat.
7.4. Different conditions apply in VIP sections: child ticket – up to 12 years old; other discounts do not apply.
8. Payment and ticket collection
8.1. After selecting seats, proceed to payment.
8.2. Paid tickets will appear on the website https://shakhtar.roboticket.com/.
8.2.1. click the green “Download” button in the “Order” section (top right corner, “My account”).
8.2.2. tickets are also sent to your email (check your “Spam” folder).
8.2.3. printing tickets is not necessary, an electronic ticket on your phone is sufficient for entry.
9. Important!
9.1. After purchase, tickets are not eligible for exchange or refund.
9.2. It is not possible to change ticket details (full name, section, row, seat).
10. Additional information
10.1. The ticket shows the section, row, seat and gate number for entry.
10.2. There is a municipal car park near the stadium, but spaces are limited.
10.3. Animals, large backpacks, drinks, umbrellas and professional filming equipment are prohibited.
