Get a Fan ID project participant card, attend Shakhtar's home games and enjoy a number of advantages and benefits.
This coming season, we will launch the FanID Card loyalty programme jointly with our partner FUIB/MasterCard for the fans who are not season ticket holders, but who regularly attend FC Shakhtar games using tickets.
You can receive the card at the OSC Metalist stadium in Kharkiv during FC Shakhtar’s competitive home games. You do not need any IDs for that, all you need to have is just a valid mobile phone number of any Ukrainian telecom service provider.
The card holder enjoys the following advantages:
• priority (after season ticket holders) to purchase tickets for the Champions League games;
• accumulation of up to 30% off the season ticket price for attending FC Shakhtar home games;
• staying in touch with the club continuously, being the first to receive exclusive information;
• attending open training sessions and club events.

What is FanID Card programme?
The programme is available solely to the FanID Card holders. All current and new holders of the FanID Card automatically become participants in the MasterCard reward programme for FC Shakhtar fans. Each holder of the FanID Card will be able to accumulate and exchange their points for branded gifts from the favourite team featured in the MasterCard rewards catalogue, for exclusive items for the fans, unforgettable emotions and gifts for the family. All you need to do is paying for your purchases using the FanID Card from FUIB. The more payments, the more gifts. For every 10 hryvnias in purchases using the FanID Card , 1 point will be automatically credited to your MasterCard Rewards Programme bonus account.
Points for your purchases are credited automatically. The point crediting term is 1 to 2 days after the event date. You can check the number of points in your personal account for the programme. If a client has no Internet access, he/she can check the number of points through the bank’s contact centre.
If the client believes that his/her account has not been credited with the points for transactions, he/she can contact the Programme Centre for FUIB customers at 0 800 30 11 29.
Where to exchange points for gifts?
You can exchange your points for gifts in your personal Programme account or by calling the dedicated MasterCard Rewards Programme line for FUIB customers at 0 800 30 11 29.
After logging into the PayHub, the client will need to click on My Cards in the main page, then to click on the MasterCard Rewards Programme button in the card details to get into the personal account.
To exchange the points via PayHub:
1. The client selects a gift from the gift catalogue and adds it to the basket;
2. The client goes to the basket for placing an order and paying with the bonus points;
3. When placing an order that requires delivery, the client specifies the address and contact phone number of the recipient. When ordering an electronic certificate, the client needs to specify the email address for sending it.
If the total price of the orders made during a calendar month exceeds the equivalent of UAH 940, the programme participant must submit a copy of their Personal Tax Reference number, which the programme organizers need to pay taxes. The programme participant will be additionally informed about the above necessity by an operator of the Programme Information Centre. In case of refusal to provide documents, the order will be cancelled, with the spent points credited back to the Programme participant’s personal bonus account.
How and where can I get my gift?
After the client has chosen a gift, the Programme Centre operator will ask for the convenient time and place for delivery. The delivery term depends on the gift you choose. Material gifts are delivered by mail or courier within 14 days. You will receive further details from the Programme Centre operator.
