Highlight of the match

The meeting was officiated by the Norwegian team of officials headed by Terje Hauge. The referee awarded a penalty kick against each side, showed them seven yellow cards, and on 19 minutes he sent off Ciprian Marica for getting into an argument with Rudolpho.

Quote of the match - Mircea Lucescu

- We would have built our game and put them under pressure in a completely different way, but we lacked one player. Had a Ukrainian referee been in charge of today’s game, he would have been forced to finish his career for the mistakes that he made in the match. I want to thank my lads, and primarily the fans who supported us. But all this does not belittle Dynamo’s accomplishment. They did everything they could on the pitch.
