Internationals to start training on July 2

Shakhtar players who had been called up by their their national teams, will return to the team’s training camp site in De Lutte in early July
We want to remind you that the goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov, the defenders Vyacheslav Shevchuk, Oleksandr Kucher, Yaroslav Rakits’kyy and Bohdan Butko, the midfielders Taras Stepanenko and Viktor Kovalenko, as well as the striker Yevhen Seleznyov, defended the colours of Ukraine at Euro 2016. Shakhtar captain Darijo Srna played for Croatia national team in the same competition.
- Theb internationals will join us on July 2nd. They will need some time to get in shape. We have really intense training sessions. That’s understandable as the players will come back after having holidays, - said Shakhtar head coach Paulo Fonseca. - My job is to bring them back to work. To make them understand our requirements as quickly as possible. But I am convinced that it will be no problem at all for the players of that level.
