- Good evening. A great win, but the first half lacked the necessary intensity, while it should be present in absolutely all of our games. We were a very slow team, we lacked speed while launching attacks. During the break we tried to adjust this thing; as a result, the second half turned out to be completely different. We netted four goals, although we could’ve scored even more. We played better defensively also in the second half of the meeting. The well-deserved win.
- Given fielding Nem in the starting line-up, are you counting on him? There have been rumours lately that he might leave. Do you want Wellington to stay?
- Yes, the fact that he’s played today is an indicator of trust on my part. In the course of a training camp, Nem had an injury, he didn’t participate in a single friendly match, but now he’s recovered and appeared. That’s a very experienced, creative football player. I decided to give him the opportunity, and he did perfectly well.
- Cipriano is considered one of the most talented football players in Brazil. He’s not ready to play yet?
- As you know, only 11 men can appear on the field. Cipriano is very young, he, just like Fernando, is just 19 years old. They are adapting to the team, getting used to our football. Marquinhos is a player for the future, and he works well, just like the rest of the newcomers.
- After the departure of Blanco Leschuk, you’ve got two strikers at your disposal - Moraes and the injured Kayode. Do you plan to sign up another forward before the end of this summer?
- Nope. Presently, we can deploy Moraes and Totovytskyi, and we will try to bring Kayode back as soon as possible.
