Another day of the Turkish training camp is over
Weather surprises
By the evening the weather in Belek got worse. The sun hid behind black clouds, and after dinner it started hail storming. It is a good thing that it had stopped raining by the time when the training session got underway, however, as weather forecast says, the windstorm will rave on this territory for a few more days.
Everything goes as planned
Nevertheless, the weather conditions did not affect the training schedule of the Miners. First, the players went to the fitness facility as planned. Following a 30-minute mini-workout on simulators, the team moved to the field, where they devoted a little more than an hour to working with the ball. The Orange-and-Blacks also paid attention to tactics training: the attacking line improved combination play with Paulo Fonseca’s assistant Nuno Campos, as the defenders worked directly with the head coach.
Tomorrow the pre-match day awaits the Donetsk side, and on January 20, Shakhtar will hold their opening friendly in 2018. They are going to face Ludogorets, Bulgaria.
