Manor Solomon turns 20!

The talented player became a Miner in the winter of 2019 and won the fans’ hearts with the bright performance in his first appearances. On the pitch, Manor stands out thanks to his dribbles, pace, and the subtle knowledge of football; and in everyday life, he pleasantly surprises people with his modesty and intelligence. Solomon is just at the beginning of his big career path, with the club pinning its hopes on him.
 
- Manor, please mention the three most significant events for you this year.
- The first moment is my debut for Shakhtar against Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League. The second one is a challenging domestic Cup semi-final when we successfully advanced further. And the third one is the trophy we raised in the final.
 
- What do you expect from the new season?
- I would like, just like we did last season, to win the league title and the Cup. We also set the objective to successfully perform in the Champions League, finishing at least in the second spot in the group to reach the knockout phase. But the No.1 goal is winning the Super Cup. I want to invite the Shakhtar fans from all over Ukraine to come to the stadium and support us in the grudge game. We will be happy to see you there!
