Shakhtar had their first full training camp day in Belek
In the morning and in the evening, the team had intense ninety-minute sessions that mainly consisted of game exercises. To differ from the first session that focussed on developing and finishing attacks, at the second session the coaching staff offered the Miners to work on their reaction while losing the ball and on their positional play. Special attention was paid to tactical aspects.
They ended the evening session with a mini-tournament. After splitting into three groups of seven outfield players, the Orange-and-Blacks held a number of small-sided games across one-third of the field. The winning team featured Taison, Marlos, Sergii Kryvtsov, Serhii Bolbat, Fernando, Marcos Antonio, Marquinhos Cipriano, as well as the goalkeepers Andriy Pyatov and Oleksii Shevchenko.
Shakhtar have scheduled a morning training session for Wednesday.
