Come On, Let’s Play! tournaments near contact line

A joint project of Shakhtar Social and the UEFA Foundation for Children
They held the Come On, Let’s Play! tournaments in eight cities and towns near the contact line in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts.
Positive emotional boost
More than 500 children take part in the project in Krasnohorivka, Kurakhove, Mar’inka, Shchastya, Avdiivka, Stanytsia Luhanska, Volnovakha and Toretsk. In August, they resumed training sessions there, with all anti-epidemic measures taken into account. In October and November, they held the local Come On, Let’s Play! tournaments there. The children received commemorative prizes from Shakhtar Social and the UEFA Foundation for Children.
The Come On, Let’s Play! training sessions are conducted three times a week in the populated areas near the contact line. The project is aimed not only at sports and education, but also at social inclusion, bringing the kids back to normal life through football.
