Shakhtar opened Shakhtar Football School in Kyiv

In the Shevchenko and Pechersk districts of the capital on October 20, FC Shakhtar opened two football schools for the comprehensive development of skills for children of any level aged 2 to 8, called Shakhtar Football School. The training will be based on the methodology developed by the FC Shakhtar Academy. The best students will have the opportunity to take part in the trials at the Academy.

“Shakhtar Football School is the club’s new project that functions as a franchise. Its main purpose is to create an opportunity for the young footballers from every region of Ukraine to train within the FC Shakhtar Academy system. Each school is closely monitored by the scouts, so the gifted kids will be able to become the Academy players in the future,” pointed out the project manager Yevhen Akhunov.
