Healthcare Ministry decision: match with spectators!
FC Shakhtar received an official letter from the Ukrainian Healthcare Ministry regarding the match attendance. It reports that based on the results of the analysis of the epidemic situation, the anti-epidemic measures carried out in the regions of Ukraine in accordance with the established levels of epidemic threat, the experience of European countries which have begun admitting spectators to football matches, the Healthcare Ministry of Ukraine considers it possible for spectators to be present at the Champions League match Shakhtar vs Borussia Monchengladbach.
15% of the stadium capacity
While hosting the game, the home side must strictly follow every anti-epidemic measure and organize admission to the blocks of no more than 15% of the number of fans that can be accommodated at the NSC Olimpiyskiy.
