- Please share your impressions of the match against Olimpik.
- All matches are tough. We met with the opponents who know how to use pressure. We know that every game will be challenging. I tell the players that they shouldn’t judge the opponents only by their position in the standings – we should respect everyone. If we are not smart enough on the pitch, it will be very hard to play against such opponents, just as it’s happened in today's meeting with Olimpik.
- Did you expect the first half to be so difficult as you managed to score the opener just late in the first half?
- It’s necessary to understand that there were some changes in the team. We train footballers, and we’ve got to field some guys, even though they need time. We’ve made some line-up changes, but that's okay. We also started experiencing certain issues during the match. We controlled the game and created a lot of scoring opportunities, but still experiences difficulties with the killer pass. Perhaps we just need to rest. In the next game we must improve this aspect, but even today we’ve created enough chances.
- The personnel situation was complicated by Svityukha's injury and Yakuba's suspension. How do you plan to get out of this situation?
- I’m present at the club to look for solutions in difficult situations. If the unexpected thing happens, we need to try to find a solution. Let's let other players appear. I don't want to complain and make excuses. Indeed, many guys were missing, but at the expense of other performers we will try to solve the problem. Those will appear who usually have less match practice.
