Patrick is UPL’s top assist provider
The largest number of assists in the 2020/21 Ukrainian Championship belongs to Alan Patrick. The Shakhtar midfielder assisted provided eight assists to his teammates in the UPL, boasting another assist in the Europa League match vs Roma in Kyiv (the header to Moraes).
Shakhtar's top three assist providers last season included two more Brazilians. Dodo (vs Lviv, Dynamo, Mariupol, twice vs Minaj) and Tete (vs Dynamo, Desna, Real Madrid, Vorskla, Minaj) amassed five assists each.
Solomon scored the most goals
For the first time in four seasons, the league's top scorer is not a player of Shakhtar. At the same time, Manor Solomon has produced the most successful attempts for Shakhtar - 11 goals (nine in the Premier League plus two in the Champions League). Striker Junior Moraes has nine goals (one in the Super Cup, six in the Championship, one in the Champions League and one in the Europa League). Tete excelled on eight occasions (once in the UCL and in the UEL, plus six times in the league).
