Real vs Shakhtar: tickets for the game in Madrid

Shakhtar.com has started selling tickets for the away match against Real Madrid. A ticket is priced at EUR 40 (UAH 1,250). At the arena in Madrid, Shakhtar fans will be accommodated in the sections 631-633.

To purchase tickets, you are required to be registered on the website and pay for them. When buying tickets online, a member of the club staff will contact you. According to the rules, tickets must contain basic information about the fan (last name, first name, birthdate, travel passport number), so you will need to produce your travel passport at the venue.

One fan can purchase no more than two tickets. The quantity is limited. Please note that vouchers will be exchanged for tickets to the fan section directly in Madrid. After paying the price and arriving in the capital of Spain, the fans will receive tickets to be used for access to the stadium. We will inform you about the place and time later.

Special conditions

Important! In addition to a ticket for the match, each fan must have a vaccination certificate or a PCR test (72 hours) and a medical mask to be worn in the stand. At the entrance to the Santiago Bernabeu, they will check the visitors’ temperature. The fans with the body temperature above 37°C will not be allowed into the stadium. It is also necessary to follow the host stadium rules of conduct and the general rules in line with the FARE requirements.
