Shakhtar keep doing its training programme to get ready for the spring part of the championship. The team headed by Roman Zaiev are currently on a six-day schedule with one day off a week
Roman Zaiev's team are undergoing the third stage of winter training at the Academy base in Shchaslyve. The training loads have increased because the girls are working to improve their speed and endurance, spending most of their time on playing exercises with balls.
In the lead-up to the championship, we are going to play several matches and take part in a friendly tournament. We are 75 to 80 percent ready as we have completed the planned training programme

We are 75 to 80 percent ready as we have completed the planned training programme, but now we need to recover so that the players get back to normal physiologically and mentally.”
It should be noted that in the course of the long league break Shakhtar plan to participate in a friendly tournament that is going to be held in Alanya, Turkey, from March 1 to March 8. This Saturday, February 19, they will have a friendly match against the women's team of Dynamo Kyiv.
