Come On, Let’s Play! won a European prize

The Come On, Let’s Play project has been selected as one of the best social initiatives within the iF Social Impact Prize 2021
A jury representing 15 countries around the world have named the Shakhtar Social project as a prize winner in January 2022. The organizer iF Design (Germany) annually distributes EUR 100,000 among the winners to support the social initiatives that meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
We want to note that the Come On, Let’s Play! project is implemented by the Shakhtar Social Foundation with the support of the general partner DTEK.
“The amount we received for winning the prize is relatively small, but it means a lot to us. If we count it not in monetary terms, then this will mean the operation of one Come On, Let’s Play! ground during a whole year and regular free training sessions for 100 children,” pointed out the Shakhtar Social Director Inna Khmyzova.
Come On, Let’s Play! is the largest social project aimed at the development of children's grassroots football in Ukraine. It involves boys and girls aged 7 to 12 in 43 settlements of Ukraine.
