In an interview with Shakhtar News, defender Yukhym Konoplia spoke about his vacation, the medical and changes in his personal life
- What’s your impression of meeting with the teammates after a long break?
- I’m very glad to see the guys after a long break, I somewhat missed them all. I’ve got only positive emotions.
- Tell us more about the medical examination, what doctors did you visit?
- Everything was as usual: they checked the heart, the eyesight, the intestines, we also had some tests.
- How did you vacation, where and with whom did you spend the holidays?
- I had a good, thorough rest. Some very important events happened to me. I spent time with my fiancée and my family.
- During your vacation, you proposed to your girlfriend. Will we have another Yukhym Konoplia now?
- Yes, I even notice that I’m changing in a way!
- What are your goals for the new year?
- I want to progress, reach a new level, prove to myself, the coaching staff and the fans that I can turn in a great performance.
