The warfare situation in the hottest spots of the country
Today is the one hundred and nineteenth day of the Ukrainian nation’s heroic resistance to Russian military invasion.
In the Volyn and Polissya areas, the situation has not changed significantly.
In the Sivershchyna area, the enemy used artillery shelling to attack the areas of the settlements of Turya, Myropilske and Slavhorod in the Sumy region.
In the Slobozhanshchyna direction, the enemy troops are trying to improve the tactical position of their units in the area of Slovyansk by storming. They used barrel and jet artillery in the areas of Bohorodychne, Nova Dmytrivka, Novopavlivka, Kurul’ka, Dolyna, Pryshyb, Krasnopillya, Virnopillya, Ridne, Chervone, Shnurky, Chervona Polyana, Karnaukhivka, Velyka Komyshuvakha, Nova Dmytrivka and Semylanne.
In the Kharkiv-bound direction, the enemy troops are fighting to deter units of the Defence Forces and prevent the latter from reaching the state border. They carried out artillery shelling in the areas of Kharkiv, Bayrak, Peremoha, Korobochkyne, Shevelivka, Rubizhne, Lebyazhe, Mos’panove, Shestakove, Petrivka, Rus’ka Lozova, Khrestyshche, Kulynychi, Udy, Staryi Saltiv, Verkhnii Saltiv, Pytomnyk, Rtyshchivka and Pechenihy.
In the Donetsk-bound direction, the occupying forces are trying to advance towards the city of Bakhmut and establish control over the city of Severodonetsk.
In the Severodonetsk-bound direction, the enemy launched air strikes in the areas of Verkhnyokamyanka, Severodonetsk and Syrotyne. Fighting continues for the city of Severodonetsk.
In the Bakhmut-bound direction, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Berestove, Yakovlivka, Klynove and Vershyna, as well as air and missile strikes near Chasov Yar, Novoluhanske and Hirske.
The enemy troops did not conduct any active offensive operations in the Kramatorsk-bound direction. They fired at the positions of the Defence Forces with artillery in the areas of Pryshyb, Sydoriv, Donetske and Mayaky.
In the Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Novopavliv and Zaporizhzhia directions, the enemy troops continue to systematically fire in order to prevent the transfer of units of the Defence Forces to other areas.
The enemy launched air strikes near Novobakhmutivka, Kamyanka, Avdiivka, Pavlivka, Vuhledar and Shevchenko.
In the Novobakhmutivka area, our soldiers repulsed the assault and forced the enemy to retreat.
In the South Buh direction, the enemy troops are trying to prevent the advance of units of our troops into the occupied territory through engineering equipment of their positions and firing from barrel and jet artillery.
