Shakhtar women’s team held the first session at the second training camp
On February 1, Shakhtar women’s team got back to training process after three days off. The second camp will take place at the Academy base in Shchaslyve until February 25.
Today’s 100-minute session began with a worm-up and then the footballers practised dribbling in square. The main part of the training session was focused on individual one-on-one work during which the girls worked in two groups on the attack finishing phase using small and standard goal.

During the first one, all efforts were aimed at increase of our strength qualities by working in the gym. Now all attention is paid mainly to individual qualities

– The second part of the training camp significantly differs from everything we did a week ago. During the first one, all efforts were aimed at increase of our strength qualities by working in the gym. Now all attention is paid mainly to individual qualities. This specific session is dedicated to work with the ball, dribbling and dummies. We will work for four days at this pace, and staring Monday, we will go to the base.
