– What is the mood in the team after a month-long vacation?
– Everyone missed work. The girls came together with smiles and a great will. I am pleased that the players who were in rehabilitation are joining us, so we will all prepare together for the continuation of the season.
– Please tell us about your upcoming plans.
– We started the basic training cycle. We will work in Shchaslyve through single training sessions, alternating exercises in the gym and on the pitch. In February, we will train twice a day, then there will be special work and tactical workloads.
– What are the main tasks of the team during the first training camp?
– We want to improve in terms of physical qualities, practice our skills. Later, as the workload increases, we will switch to the motion exercises.
– What will the girls work on in the gym?
– We need the muscular system of the players to be fully prepared for the workloads, that is how we prevent injuries.
– Now the injury list is empty, so please tell us more about the players who have recovered.
– I am very happy with this fact, because everyone is in good condition. It is clear that it is not yet known how each player will withstand the loads, so we will certainly adjust the work. I hope everything will be fine and we will be able to work properly.
