Bio & Career
Lassina was born in Burkina Faso and at the age of 16 he already debuted for the country’s national team. At the same age, he became a footballer of Cape Town’s Ajax. Later he moved to Amsterdam, and in May 2019 Lassina made his first competitive appearance for the renowned Amsterdam-based club. Over three seasons in the Netherlands, the player made 31 appearances in all competitions and scored 12 goals. In particular, he netted his first Champions League goal vs Atalanta. In June 2021, the striker moved to Shakhtar.
