After this round, there will be an international break, after which Shakhtar will take on Dynamo. Considering that Dynamo have three points more than the Pitmen, our team have to make every effort to beat Chornomorets. Shakhtar’s winning streak in the league amounts to four matches, and the Pitmen’s task is to prolong it.

This season the Odesa team have not been enjoying great results and are now sitting in the 13th place. However, Chornomorets played out four draws in nine games. In particular, in the previous round the Pitmen’s opponents took points in the game against Vorskla. Young team of Oleksandr Babich play with a great desire, and will surely be extremely motivated in the Shakhtar clash.

Personnel

In the upcoming game Mircea Lucescu will have to do without Ivan Ordets (red card in the match with Olimpik) and Yaroslav Rakytskyy (four yellow cards during the season). Squad changes after the Champions League tie with PSG may also take place.

At Chornomorets, the situation is different in this regard. David Khocholoava returns to action after suspension, as well as Artyom Filimonov. Both players are first team regulars. The Georgian defender was involved in all eight games, and Filimonov is the team's captain, who also played in the previous rounds.
