Shakhtar went on a sightseeing tour of Braga

Traditionally, a day before the match, Shakhtar players and coaching staff got acquainted with the city, represented by their European club competition opponents
Immediately after breakfast, Shakhtar went on a bus tour of Braga. The team was accompanied by a guide – by the way, a big fan of Mircea Lucescu and Alexandru Spiridon. Despite the fact that this is not the first visit of the Donetsk team to the city, the latter’s historical districts have really impressed the visitors. The players even had an hour of free time to explore the local sights.
Notably, Shakhtar enjoyed great popularity among the local fans. The Portuguese football fans had particular interest in Shakhtar’s Brazilians. For more details, watch the photo spread below.
