On the morning of April 23, a few hours before the match vs Chornomorets, Shakhtar mentor Mircea Lucescu and his assistant Alexandru Spiridon went to the grave of Viktor Prokopenko to honour the memory of this remarkable man
Let us remind you that the former football player, coach and sporting director of Shakhtar passed away on August 18, 2007 and was buried in Odesa.
The Shakhtar head coach and his assistant laid flowers to Viktor Prokopenko’s commemorative plaque.
