Shakhtar footballers held their last training session before flying to Lviv for the Europa League match
It was watched with interest by Rio's Olympic champion Oleg Verniaiev.
The training was short. The session lasted about an hour and included running, as well as exercises on tactics simulating various game elements.
On the morning of August 24 the Pitmen will fly from Boryspil Airport fly to Lviv, where they will hold the second leg of the Europa League play-off round against Istanbul Basaksehir the next day. The kick-off is at 10 pm.
The tickets for the game can be purchased in the Arena Lviv ticket office or at shakhtar.com.
