Happy birthday, Maksym!

FC Shakhtar Academy graduate and Donetsk native Maksym Malyshev sets an example of how hard work, diligence and determination can secure one’s success and a place in the first team squad. Over the year, the midfielder has made his Champions League debut, scored his first goal in European competitions and played for Ukraine national team. The special moment happened in Maksym's career when on May 8, 2016, he first led Shakhtar onto the pitch with the captain's armband on.
