Shakhtar and Nike extend co-operation

The contract implies that Nike will provide players and staff of the club with clothing and footwear, designed with the use of the company's latest technologies, as well as continue joint support and development of social projects.

Oleh Yemshanov, CEO of Delta Sport Ukraina, the official Nike representative in Ukraine:

- This is an important partnership for us, as the club masterfully represents our country in the world arena, displaying precisely those traits that we can truly relate to - persistence, continuous self-perfection and understanding of the importance of social projects. We have done a lot since 2008 when we first signed contract with the club, and we intend to continue our successful cooperation.

Nike has long ago carved a place in the elite Football League. The brand has established successful cooperation with 16 top-end European football clubs, including FC Shakhtar.
