Shakhtar midfielder speaks about the upcoming league game in Odesa
- Dentinho, how is your preparation for the match against Chornomorets going?
- Everything’s fine. We are focused and are preparing for a very tough clash. We remember that last season we drew with Chornomorets away. Basically, we are confident and determined to win.
- You’ve recalled the past league season game. How should you play to prevent a recurrence of the situation?
- To be concentrated. That’s the fundamental thing. Last year, we tuned out for some time and they scored a goal against us from set-play. This time, it shouldn’t happen. We respect Chornomorets and the only thing we are focused on is getting the three points.

- Mircea Lucescu deployed you more in the holding area, while Paulo Fonseca sees you in the attacking third. Where are you most comfortable yourself?
- I like where I am now. To be honest, I do not really like playing in my previous role. I had a word with Paulo, he understood it. I train well, waiting for my opportunity, and I want to help the team as much as possible.
- Shakhtar have entered a busy playing phase: matches take place once in four days. Do the team have enough time to recover?
- Of course, the busy schedule – that's tough. But Shakhtar has great players. Let us not forget that in addition to the regulars, there are about fifteen more guys. We all have the necessary qualities to help the team become the champions and win every competition.
