- We fulfilled the intermediate objective and reached the competition finals, - commented on the head coach of Shakhtar U15 Oleksandr Ladeyko. - We were 1-0 in front, could score more, but eventually we conceded one in injury time. It came as a big surprise. Nevertheless, the guys managed to put their act together and clinched a penalty shootout win. Trubin did very well, parrying away two spot kicks. I think that this hard-fought win will give us optimism and confidence in the DUFL finals.

Torpedo-VUFK U16 (Mykolayiv) 1-1 (1-1) Shakhtar U16 (Donetsk)

Head coach: Henadiy Zubov
Coach: Oleksandr Alimov

- We played on the small pitch, so we had to operate in a more compact way, - the head coach of Shakhtar U16 Henadiy Zubov commented on the match. - Both teams had a great desire to win, with real struggle occurring in every episode. We were the first to concede a goal, but we equalised soon. We had chances to score more, but we just wasted them. I want to note that our guys performed well defensively, they also well connected to the challenges for the ball. Now we are going to fight for the championship.

Thus, the closing part of DUFL will feature all four Shakhtar teams. Let us remind you that Shakhtar U14 reached this stage from the first place in their group, with the remaining teams winning on aggregate after the play-offs.
