The House of Football housed a draw for the Colt Football League of Ukraine. All the orange-black Academy teams were drawn into B groups of four
Shakhtar U17 will hold their matches in Lviv oblast. On June 26 the Donetsk side are to take on Dnipro, on June 27 - Volyn Lutsk, and on June 29 - UFC-Karpaty Lviv.
- Just as we expected, we’ve had an even composition of participants in the finals, - said Shakhtar U17 mentor Valeriy Rudakov about the draw. – We have been preparing for those games in a regular mode. Moreover, we have scheduled a friendly game for the weekend. Unfortunately, our team has the personnel losses as Chekh and Kravchuk are injured. I am not sure they have enough time to recover, even though they are the key players.
In Uzhhorod, Shakhtar U16 will play against UFC-Karpaty Lviv on June 18, against Arsenal Kyiv on June 19 and against Dynamo Kyiv on June 21.
- No one will have just easy games. All the teams to have made it to this stage of the competition are strong and solid, - Shakhtar U16 head coach Henadiy Zubovcommented on the draw outcome. - I am sure that absolutely all of our rivals have set themselves the task of challenging for the top spots. So we are expecting some interesting matches, because such encounters are always approached with a special attitude, with the guys preparing very well for them.
Shakhtar U15 will play the finals in Odesa. On June 27, the charges of Oleksandr Ladeyko are to take on Metalurh Zaporizhya, on June 28 – Poddubnyi OC (Kyiv), and onJune 30 – UFC-Karpaty (Lviv).
Based on the draw, Shakhtar U14 are to play Chornomorets Odesa on June 19, UFC-Karpaty (Lviv) on June 20, and Poddubnyi OC (Kyiv) on June 22. All matches will be held in Lviv oblast.
