Shakhtar in the Netherlands: training camp started

On June 21, the Pitmen had their first training session in the Netherlands
After having breakfast, the team went to the field, which is located in the territory of Bloemenbeek hotel, where Shakhtar have been staying.
The hotel is small but cosy. Most importantly, it has everything they need for quality preparation for the upcoming season: gym, SPA centre, swimming pool and sauna.
The morning training session was habitually long, lasting about two hours. Most of the exercises are aimed at the speed of decision-making by the players. The session ended with a game played on one half of the field.
- Working conditions are excellent, - the defender Serhiy Kryvtsov shared his impressions after the first training in the Netherlands. - The main advantage is the field is nearly. There is space to carry out rehabilitation. It’s good that they have a water pool with cold water to relieve muscle fatigue. Physically, of course, we find it very tough. But this is normal for this stage of preparation.
Vasyl Kobin and Wellington Nem did not train with the general group. The second session has been scheduled for 18:00.
