- In the first half, we were fully in control of the game and created numerous chances. But in the second half of the match, we remained short-handed and operated more defensively. Although, it is worth giving the guys their due, even in this situation, they occasionally launched dangerous counterattacks. Overall, we had even more opportunities to score the third goal as Kharkiv charged forward and exposed themselves, but, unfortunately, the ball would not find the back of the net. However, we are happy with the team’s performance and commitment.

- The encounter turned difficult enough, full of numerous challenges, - Shakhtar U16 head coach Henadiy Zubov commented on the match. - Both teams have earned numerous yellow cards, besides, we were awarded two spot kicks, but Rumyantsev successfully coped with them. We could have also scored a spot kick, but Artem Nazarenko failed to net it, firing the ball into the opposition goal from play. We were 1-0 in front after the first half, with Kharkiv managing to equalise, and then our performance got somewhat screwed up.
