- We claimed the important three points in a tough encounter, - the head coach of Shakhtar U15 Oleksandr Ladeyko commented on the game. – The initiative was ours, we had good control of the ball, but the opponents left us no free space and defended expertly, that’s why we claimed a narrow win. Although we had more chances, when we might have extended the lead. In general, it was a nervous game. The matter is that we, just like the senior group, experienced some personnel issues, so we had to make certain changes.

MFC Kremen U17 (Kremenchuh)  1-3 (0-2)  Shakhtar U17 (Donetsk)

Goals for Shakhtar: Kashchuk (6), Kashchuk (6), Kuzmenko (70)

Head coach: Valeriy Rudakov
Coach: Oleksandr Koval

- We managed to score two early goals, just as we were going to do, - the head coach of Shakhtar U17 Valeriy Rudakov gave his post-match commentary. – But it did us an ill turn. The boys went on creating numerous chances, without converting them though. The opponents played on the counter and tried to take advantage of set play. In the second half, Kremen forward managed to break away from our defence players and pull one back. As a result our performance got nervous, with the following decider by Vladyslav Kuzmenko. We can say that we just outclassed them. A large group of our key players did not participate in this game, with just two boys on the bench, thus, it also affected our performance.
