Shakhtar join in the 2016/17 Ukrainian Cup competition. On October 26, the current cup winners will take on Oleksandriya in the Last 16 at the Arena Lviv

Ahead of the cup tie, Shakhtar held a training session at Sviatoshyn base. Today’s session lasted for ninety minutes. After a rather lengthy session, the Donetsk team worked on tactics and playing set pieces. Wellington Nem, Viktor Kovalenko, Vasyl Kobin and Vyacheslav Shevchuk trained individually.

Let us remind you that Shakhtar will play two games over five days in Lviv. Tomorrow, the Pitmen are taking on Oleksandriya in the Ukrainian Cup at 19:30. On October 29, the league leaders will take on Chornomorets Odesa in the Premier League round 13.
