The Pitmen left to take part in the UEFA Europa League Group Stage Matchday One game against Konyaspor
At 10:30 am, the plane with the Donetsk delegation on board took off to head for Konya. After spending about two hours in the sky, the Orange-and-Blacks landed at the international airport of the Turkish city located in the central part of the Asia Minor.
Paulo Fonseca has brought 21 players for the game vs Konyaspor:
goalkeepers: Andriy Pyatov, Mykyta Shevchenko, Oleh Kudryk;
defenders: Ismaily, Oleksandr Kucher, Yaroslav Rakitskyy, Ivan Ordets, Vasyl Kobin, Serhiy Kryvtsov, Bohdan Butko;
midfielders: Taison, Viktor Kovalenko, Marlos, Taras Stepanenko, Fred, Maksym Malyshev, Bernard, Dentinho, Wellington Nem;
forwards: Facundo Ferreyra, Eduardo.
The Pitmen have some traditional media events scheduled for tonight. At 18:30, Shakhtar head coach Paulo Fonseca and defender Oleksandr Kucher will answer questions from the mass media. At 19:00, the Donetsk team will hold an open training session at the home ground of Konyaspor.
