Donetsk hosted Golovko Memorial

From 4 to 11 September, Donetsk hosted the 12th Memorial Tournament paying tribute to the outstanding Shakhtar player Nikolai Golovko. This year, the Memorial, being very popular among the fans, has gathered six teams
Just as before, the organizers of the tournament involving amateur and veteran teams, sports club Patriot and FC Shakhtar.
According to the competition regulations, they formed 2 groups and then carried out the semi-finals, third-place match and final match. In the final, Sparta beat Shchit 5-1, becoming the XII Golovko Memorial Cup Winners.
All tournament participants received gifts as mementos from FC Shakhtar.
