On September 16, a TV crew of UEFA visited the Pitmen. The journalists recorded the extensive interviews with Paulo Fonseca and Darijo Srna
The head coach of Shakhtar told them how was going his adaptation to the new country and the club, let them know the nuances of working with the team, assessed the Orange-Blacks’ performance in European competitions and speculated about the potential of his players.
Darijo Srna was answering questions from reporters for more than half an hour. The captain of the Orange-and-Blacks remembered the beginning of his career at the Donetsk club, the role that Mircea Lucescu played in his maturing as a personality and a football player and his most memorable trophy at Shakhtar. Darijo also told them how the team have been working under the guidance of the new coach and many other things.
