The Pitmen’s preparation for the season’s spring part is drawing to a close
The Orange-and-Blacks completed their friendly matches’ campaign with the game vs the Portuguese side Rio Ave at the winter training camp in 2017. Throughout the the pre-season preparation, Paulo Fonseca‘s men hold one sparring in Spain and eight test matches in Portugal. In nine matches, Shakhtar sealed seven wins and two draws, having notched 24 goals.
The Pitmen’s top scorer award was secured by the team’s newcomer Gustavo Blanco Leschuk, with the Argentine tallying 7 goals.
