Another training day of the Donetsk team in La Manga passed to the accompaniment of bad weather
After the rain-soaked morning session, from which everyone returned to the hotel being soaking wet, the Pitmen had lunch and a couple of hours of sleep.
By the afternoon, the rain stopped and it turned out that the training centre pitches coped with the force of nature pretty well. At the same time, the opportunity arose to work more on tactical aspects.
At the dinner party, Shakhtar greeted Dentinho on his birthday with a round of applause and a birthday cake – the midfielder has turned 28 today. Meanwhile, Paulo Fonseca and Darijo Srna were being interviewed by the journalists of Marca newspaper. The Pitmen’s coach and captain answered a number of questions from the reputable Spanish publication.
Besides, the assistant head coach of Ukraine national team Raul Riancho arrived at the hotel in the evening. He spoke to Paulo Fonseca, also planning to attend Sunday's game between Shakhtar and Cracovia.
