The 2017/18 Super Cup win is the eighth in Shakhtar history, being the 30th trophy during Ukraine’s independence
We want to remind you that the Orange-and-Blacks have claimed their 10th league title and won the 11th domestic cup this year. In addition, Shakhtar remains the only Ukrainian club to have managed to win a European title, the 2009 UEFA Cup.
Taking into account the USSR league achievements, the team amassed 35 silverware items. The Donetsk team claimed four USSR Cup wins and one USSR Super Cup title.
