Kobin leaves Shakhtar

The defender has completed his Shakhtar spell and received the status of a free agent
The representative of Transcarpathian football school Vasyl Kobin moved to Shakhtar Donetsk from Karpaty Lviv in June 2009. In the first year he made 33 appearances and scored 3 goals. In the 2014/15 season, Vasyl played on loan for Metalist Kharkiv, and in the spring of 2015 he tried to play in the Belarus league for Shakhtyor Soligorsk. In the summer of the same year, he returned to the Donetsk club.
His devotion to Shakhtar and the performance in training always guaranteed the willingness of Kobin to benefit the team. In the 2015/16 season, he made 11 appearances in different tournaments, in particular the Champions League home game against Real Madrid. In January 2017, Shakhtar extended the contract with the player until the end of the current season.
Over the 8 years, Kobin won 16 trophies at Shakhtar: 6 championships, 5 Cups and the same number of Super Cups of Ukraine. Aggregately, Vasyl made 80 apps and scored 5 goals.
