After the closing match of the season against Oleksandriia, Shakhtar returned to Kyiv
On June 1, the coaching staff and players went on vacation, except the internationals. 10 representatives of Shakhtar in Ukraine national team headed by Andriy Shevchenko, will take part in the upcoming games vs Malta and Finland. Taison left to join Brazil national team. Oleksandr Zubkov was also called up by Ukraine U21 team.
The champions of Ukraine will gather in Kyiv on June 15 to start preparing for the 2017/18 season. The Donetsk team will be training at the Sviatoshyn facility in Kyiv area. Shakhtar also have a training camp scheduled for June 26 - July 9 in Marienfeld, Germany. All the internationals will rejoin the team on June 22.
