Dear friends! Congratulations to the players, the coaching staff, the club employees and the fans of Shakhtar on winning the tenth league title!
For three years we’ve been playing and training away from home, without the home support of our Donbass Arena. Claiming the title in the most difficult conditions four round away from the league season end, playing every match away –
that’s worthy of the loudest applause.
Today, we are holding the gold medals in our hands. I want to express my immense gratitude to all those who gave their all, who worked 24 hours a day to win the title. To Shakhtar's head coach Paulo Fonseca, his assistants, to all our players for their outstanding, spectacular, champion performance – thank you, guys! Thanks to the doctors, the masseurs, the whole team of the football club Shakhtar, and most importantly – to our fans! We do not lose heart for you, we play for you and set the most ambitious goals., dear friends!
