By decision of UEFA, the UCL group stage matchday 6 game Shakhtar vs Lyon will be held at the NSC Olimpiyskiy in Kyiv
FC Shakhtar apologizes to all fans for the inconvenience due to the current circumstance and informs them about the ticket refund procedure.
1. The ticket was purchased at the ticket office of OSK Metalist. Refunds are carried out by the ticket office from December 5th. The booking clerk accepts the completed application and draws up an act for the reimbursement of funds. Download the form.
You must have your passport and the ticket (full names must match), as well as the payment card (in case it was used for the payment). The procedure is carried out only in person. You cannot have the price of the tickets of your relatives or friends reimbursed.
2. The ticket was purchased at shakhtar.com or through the Shakhtar Tickets application. The refund is carried out at the ticket office of OSK Metalist. The fan can also email an application to [email protected], after which the club staff will contact them. Download the form.
The funds will be transferred back to the card used for payment and will be received within 14 days.
3. The ticket was purchased at other Internet sources or at retail outlets. The reimbursement is carried out at the place of purchase. You cannot receive the refund at the OSK Metalist ticket office.
4. Student Club and schools. Contact the coordinators from whom the tickets were purchased. You cannot receive the refund at the ticket office.
The OSK Metalist ticket office is open 10:00 til 19:00 daily.

Attention fans who purchased tickets earlier and wish to attend the game in Kyiv. Your tickets are valid! Especially for you, the club will reserve seats in the central blocks at the NSC Olimpiyskiy.
The Champions League package holders can have the Shakhtar – Lyon ticket funds reimbursed in line with the above procedure or exchange them for a ticket in Kyiv (at the ticket office window 8 at the NSC Olimpiyskiy from December 7).
