In February 2016, Alex Teixeira moved to the club from Shakhtar: he immediately showed his leadership qualities, became the side’s top scorer and received the MVP award of the year. The team’s other leaders are the former Chelsea midfielder Ramires, and the Cameroon striker Benjamin Moukandjo who is known for his performance in France.
