Dear friends,
Let me congratulate the players, the coaching and club staff and all the fans of Shakhtar on the spectacular and confident Ukrainian Cup final win!
Our team have won the Cup for the third time in a row and for the twelfth time in their history. It’s really hard to win the trophy, but retaining it for a few seasons in a row is much more difficult. This kind of achievement deserves the loudest applause!
I want to express my big gratitude to Paulo Fonseca and his coaching staff, the players, the medical personnel, all the staff of FC Shakhtar, and most importantly, to the fans of Shakhtar, to our big football family. We feel your involvement every minute, it helps us to overcome any difficulties on the way to victory. Thanks to your support, we never give up and move just forward. We play for you, we win for you, and this Cup is for you, dear supporters! Together with you, we form a huge force.
Today, Shakhtar have won the 31st trophy in their Ukrainian history. It is worthy of great respect and pride. We continue to set only the most ambitious goals and strive to win every match and every competition. I am convinced that Shakhtar have multiple major wins ahead.
