It’s a great honour to wear Shakhtar shirt

- I’m very happy! I’m committed to the club that gave me so much and always opened all doors to me. At Shakhtar, I feel at home. When signing the contract, I also thought about the club’s whole family: to be part of it for three more years is a great honour. Shakhtar is in my heart, it means a lot to me. I’m grateful for everything and I would like to finish my career here. This club is loved not just by me, but by all my relatives. Thanks to the fans, the staff, the coaches and, of course, the president for having received me like that. This sparks my desire to play to the best of my ability.
 
- What day in the team is the most memorable for you?
- Every day is important to me. It’s a great honour to wear Shakhtar shirt. I became the citizen of Ukraine, and this country turned into my home. My family and I really like it here. I am proud to play for Shakhtar and the national team.
 
- What do you think is your most important goal for Shakhtar?
- There were many ... Perhaps, the Cup final goal against Dynamo, when we won 1-0. The crucial goal. I'm delighted to be part of this story.
 
- What do you dream to achieve with Shakhtar in the near future?
- I want to continue winning titles with the team. Shakhtar is a big club in Ukraine and Europe. We need as many trophies as possible!
