Shakhtar started preparing for the domestic Premier League round 25 major game vs Dynamo
With renewed vigour
After reaching the Ukrainian Cup final, Paulo Fonseca gave the team a two-day break in order to have a good rest and recover before the league meeting with Dynamo.
On April 20, the Miners gathered again at the Sviatoshyn suburban complex and started preparing for the game vs the Kyiv-based club. The morning training session included a number of open-play and tactical exercises, ending up with a small-sided game across one-third of the pitch.

Viktor Kovalenko, Maksym Malyshev, and Andriy Totovytskyi have been training individually. Marlos, who was recently operated on, is undergoing rehabilitation under the guidance of club physios.
The Dynamo vs Shakhtar game kicks off at 18:30 at the NSC Olympiyskyi in Kyiv, on April 24.
