Training sessions of the Come On, Let's Play! project of Shakhtar Social kicked off in the village of Demyaniv on August 18
On the Ukrainian League matchday 4 Lviv vs Shakhtar, Shakhtar defender Valerii Bondar arrived in the neighbouring region to open the ground. He took part in the children’s first training session as part of the project. In total, 60 children will be training under the guidance of an administrator coach in Demyaniv.

“I am delighted to participate in this kind of event and to see the happy faces of children. There are increasingly more Come On, Let’s Play! grounds, and that's great!” Valerii Bondar said. “In this project, the guys learn the basics of football, training with a coach and learning to work as a team. I want as many children as possible in every part of our country to have the opportunity to play football.”
Demyaniv is the 25th spot on the map of the Come On, Let’s Play! social project for development of children's grassroots football. In 2019, more than 3,000 children and about 50 coaches took part in it. The general partner is DTEK energy company.
