Shakhtar signed a contract with Brazilian central defender Vitao
The agreement with the captain of Brazil U20 is a five-year deal.

Vitao made his first steps in football at the PSTC Academy. The boy was invited to Palmeiras when he was in his teens. He became one of the key players of Brazil’s select teams of various age groups, playing together with Tete, Fernando, Marquinhos Cipriano, and Marcos Antonio.
In 2017, he won the Sudamericano title as the captain of Brazil U17, also winning a similar competition as the major centre-back of the Selecao U20. He also played for the Palmeiras youth team.
